wwAppConfiguration.GetKeyFromConfigSection

Unlike the ConfigurationSettings class this method allows reading from external files. 

public String GetKeyFromConfigSection(String Key, String Section, String Filename)

String Key
The Key to retrieve

String Section
The Section where the key lives

String Filename
File to read from

Remarks

Requires permissions to read the external file
