Sending only Changed Files
I need to send images up to an FTP server nightly
In all, there could be 1.5 Gigs of images (Pdf, JPG etc)
It would be ideal if I could send up only the images that have changed in say the last 3 or 4 days, to cut down on traffic

Is there a way of doing this

There's nothing built in for this, but you can do this by running AFTPDIR() on the server to get a listing of files and comparing the files that are there to the files you have locally. You can look at file sizes or dates to determine whether the files have changed and need to be updated.
I do this in West Wind Help HTML Builder when uploading via FTP - help files can have thousands of files and resources and this approach works fairly well to send up only a change set of files that have changes in them.
