I have installed the print2pdf download and the ghostscript and the generic postscript printer driver. When I run the p2demo.prg it says it created the file successfully, but when I open it with Acrobat Reader, the file is blank. Can anyone help me ?

I can only reiterate what Charges said, and that is the XFRX tool does the job nicely. I've used it for a few years now and it keeps getting better and more stable.
