Help Builder has no native capability to output to a PDF file. We were looking at this functionality but decided that in order for us to provide it natively we'd have to use a fixed display format which is unlikely to be acceptable to most people.

You can however create PDF output fairly easily if you have Word and any PDF generation software. You can export your Help Builder project to Word and then print the Word document to Adobe Distiller or other PDF printer capture utility.
