This information is used to send confirmation emails for customer notifications.
If these values are blank no confirmation emails are sent.

Mail CC List:  (CCs sent on confirmation. Can be comma delimited list.)

Administrative emails are sent when errors occur on the server. These error emails contain extensive error information that is useful for administrators to either debug applications or pass on the information to the developers to fix.
