Retrieves the Domain Name from an IP Address.

Syntax:	o.getdomainfromip(lcIPAddress)
Return:	Returns a string of the domain name or "" if the domain can't be resolved or a DNS server is not available.
Parameters:	lcIPAddress The IP Address to retrieve.
