Support and reporting bugs

Support is available for free on the West Wind Web site using our custom West Wind Message Board software that's also provided as part of the Web Connection installation. You can access the message board at:

We also provide the very useful West West Wind Message Reader that allows you to download and read/write messages in a rich client environment. The offline reader also consolidates many of the message board tasks such as Chat, Knowledgebase Searches, Bug Reporting into a single organized interface.

These resources are very rich and provide you with both researchable material and the ability to ask questions about any problems you might have. The message board is monitored throughout the day and most questions are answered within an hour. Our official support response time is 24 hours weekdays, but most questions are answered within an hour during the day.

The West Wind Knowledgebase

We also have a growing user supported, interactive user knowledge base based on Steven Black's Wiki software. Go to the message board and hit the Knowledgebase Link to find our article databases, product information and knowledgebases for information about issues and solutions encountered before. The Wiki is used to post problems and solutions, and we invite you to post solutions to problems or workarounds that you might have run into in addition to browsing the existing information available there.
