Free Support

We offer free support on our message board where questions are answered by our support staff and the community within 24 hours. In addition, there's peer to peer support and most questions are answered much quicker with almost instant responses to common questions. Forums are offered both for our products and general development topics.

You don't have to be a registered customer to take advantage of this free resource! We urge you to take advantage of this free support service that benefit both you as well as the rest of the community.

If you submit support questions, please take the time to formulate your questions clearly by specifying any errors you see, the code or operations you perform to cause the error, what you're trying to accomplish and if at all possible with a small use case code example that is reproducible independently of your application. Providing a clear problem report makes resolving issues much easier both for you and us.

Free support is offered for most technical questions that are general and applicable to common use cases or would otherwise benefit the user community. However, if your questions are too application specific or very arkane and deeply complex in a specific area, then free support might not apply and you might have to consider paid support.

All direct contact or support, mentoring, training or short term consulting with Rick Strahl via phone, Skype or email is billed at consulting  rates of  US$ 175/hr in half hour increments.
